Enugu is secured, peaceful, less/no traffic, has one of the 3 best road networks in Nigeria, greenery, Beautiful estates, well planned streets, clean environment, Less Noise, Serenity, No/little flooding after rain. Etc
O42 is a class.
PH is okay but its unorganised to me with heavy traffics, flooding after rain and insecurities here and there, high cost of living, Sodom and Gomorrah center of Nigeria etc..

Which is more developed between PH and Enugu and u are using insecurity and trafic to disqualify a more developed city. Can u now say because USA has the highest of crime and China has the highest of trafic jam they are now underdeveloped countries?

There is a thin line between beauty and development which if you are not careful you might misunderstand the two terms. Calabar for instance is more beautiful than Port Harcourt but Port Harcourt is far more developed infrastructurally and city wise. so Enugu might be beautiful serene and safe but where is foreign investors first port of call when they come to Nigeria ? the international community, which cities do they see as Nigeria's top most developed. Every advert you see in Nigeria about major investments summits has the format Lagos Abuja & Ph. entertainment wise Mtn project fame, Nigeria's got, Nigerian idol, Glo x-factor, Ay live shows name them, all go through Lagos-Abuja-PH format before any other cities comes up. They don't do all this for nothing. Let's not allow tribal sentiments make us look dumb, let's face the fact pH is more developed and Enugu is beautiful it's that simple .

Enugu is not a higher city than Port Harcourt. It is rather a laid back city with less distortion of its master plan. Port Harcourt is like a real city and comes behind Lagos and Abuja in terms of advancement not beauty.

Port Harcourt is more advanced but Enugu is generally finer with reservations because of a nasty red soil type as against Port Harcourt's clear sandy soil which is more pleasant to the eyes.

I am Currently in PH. Have always wanted to visit enugu. My cousin who has stayed very long in these two cities say enugu is more beautiful than PH. And am wondering,what can be more beautiful? PH is the way it is because of the oil companies situated in the state. If not, it would probably be like bornu state
