Could this be the work of nigeria government?

404 errors mostly mean any one or more of the following things:
1. The path/URL is incorrect. It happens when you type wrong path inside a website. If the page inside the site you are looking for doesn’t exist then you can get 404 error. If the URL you are requested doesn’t exist, but its host or homepage does, it can show 404 error
2. You don’t have access to it. Some websites are limited within an area or a country. This can give 404 Forbidden error.
3. You are trying to access a file in a site that is forbidden to you. For example trying to access the admin dashboard without being one.
In your case, it seems that the website you are trying to access is down temporarily or permanently. Maybe its down for maintenance.

Actually they can. They always monitor every domain hosted. Nda keeps talking bomb and blowing up things. That enough is undue influence. I've hosted countless websites. A domain was once suspended by dream host because the owner sent some email and it was filtered as fraud. So the domain was suspended. I had to prove otherwise for it to be reactivated.

Yes, as much as I agree but isn't it deceptive for NA to over rely on information rolled out online via Twitter handle to know the next target of the NDA? Some times, they might not really strike at those spots. Regardless how u see it, action for action won't solve the menace as Granting amnesty isn't the solution either. They should just dialogue and make them see reasons why empowerment of the region is way better than amnesty. Knowing them via online tracking solves little as even presently, some top ijaw men know them but aren't ready to collaborate with government as they see Govt as untrustworthy. If government can set up a dialogue with the militants with clear goals as what to achieve and invite some respected SS personalities to join in the meeting, that would go a long way as the militants would soft pedal abit when the real men that matter in SS speak. The militants are more considerate and sensible than boko boys with no clear goals.

Maybe they tried tracing the source but failed. Tracking the location of the server is still a ghost chase. A group that can afford military graded weapons can generously affordable to host their website abroad without ever having a need to visit the hosts company.

Blocking a medium that can as well be use in tracking them down! I see cluelessness every where. Well done muhari

The handlers of their site must know IP masking, cyber security and hacking more than the DSS. So tracing the source I.e IP may send you to Sambisa.
