pls,any idea on d duration for d training?

I have been sent user name and password in my mail but anytime i apply and in the last stage of submitting it keeps saying connection was reset, have tried different browsers both day and night its still the same problem. Any solution?

They posted civil engineering but during the registration,civil engineering was not stated as the course
