The popular ogun river which flows between the bridge linking kara and ogodu berger, which is a source of water to the cows and goats at the popular Kara market has dried off.
The place has become a tourist attraction and has been causing heavy traffic in the area since yesterday (Saturday). The mysterious thing about it is that upon the heavy rainfall that fell this sunday morning the place was a dry place with grass on it, and people with heart are seen working on it.
I couldn't work on it but could only take pictures.
People living around there said the river started flowing heavily on Friday with green plants but they woke up to the shock of their life on Saturday morning to see that the river has dried up and with beautiful green plants on it, what also shocked people is also that the river is still seen flowing freely at other part of the bridge.
I will appreciate that the government should secured the place and turn it into a tourist place.

The place is the boundary between ogun state and Lagos state. Kara is partly ogun and Lagos state. The river is called ogun river and the side that turned to dried land is ogun state area

Ogun boundary extends to berger.
