firstly pick your beans, after picking then wash it with water, then put it in pot add enough water add a little amount of salt, and a cube of maggi also slice a portion of onion. allow to cook for like 40mins or say till it's soft then add preferred quantity of pepper allow to cook for some 5 mins more so as to allow the pepper penetrate. Drop your pot from the fire,.turn the beans into a clean bowl and then rinse the pot, put the pot back to the fire allow to dry and add your palm oil or groundnut oil as desired, slice onion and add after the oil must have bleached. pour the beans into the oil add a little amount of salt and 2 cubes of maggi(depending on the quantity of beans) add a pitch of potash if it's palm oil( you can skip the potash tho, as some people don't like it) stir the beans and allow to cook for another 5-10mins and then drop it from the fire. your beans is ready to be served with fried plantain(dodo) or yam or pap(akamu) or even socking garri.
