Thanks for your reply bro, I thought it was supposed to stay for 3 months after the first subscription I made of 3k, mine is just a month; so you can understand my surprise.

No, that's not what the offer means. It means that, for every new sim, you will get unlimited data for any of the plans you subscribe for, for the next three months.

Using the 3k, 1 week plan, as an example, it means you get unlimited data for one week.

Though they've not yet unveiled their limited plans which customers are suppose to subscribe to, after the three months period.

Thanks Brotherly, I appreciate the clarification. I guess u've had to resubcribe after an expiration date. Oh well I might as well go to their office and see how it goes.

Thanks once again for your time. Cheers

No problem. You aren't the first to misunderstand the offer. They just didn't make it clear enough.

Am in lagos, also stay in yaba. But I use the ikoyi office at falomo opposite the marriage registry; but I heard they have an office at surulere. So the choice is yours to make. Cheers

The reception isn't too good, I get 2bars at best but the speed is awesome. Am not complaining at all; I still get about 22mbps at best but steady 2-3mbps for torrent downloads. So it okay for me oh. Infact I stopped subscribing to spectranet since I got my Ntel, so that should tell u something. Cheers

I'm in Yaba also, however the closest office is 79 Ogunlana Drive Surulere.

Reception at Yaba is not the best as there is no site in Yaba yet. However hanging my MiFi modem high up above my curtain gives me 4 bars and up to 9MB/s download speed sometimes. Mostly around 6 to 7MB/s. I've done well over 300GB since getting Ntel. Probably closer to 500 lol.

I got a mail that they have the new ZTE routers now. Would you happen to know how much they cost? I'm out of town at the moment or I'd have gone to their office.

For their sake I hope it's not true. One salesman told me they would cost as much as 60k and I laughed it off as unfounded speculation.

I'm simply saying most 3 and 8 band LTE phones are not supported on NTEL.

This is how you people go about spreading false info. There is not a single device that supports lte band 3 or/and 8 that I've tried on ntel that didn't work, except for the iPhones. And that is because iPhones require apple to integrate support for each and every LTE network before they can work, and they do that via OS update. This requirement is only for iPhones, ipads are exempted. According to ntel, they are in talks with apple to get their network integrated.

I've personally tested the below listed devices and they all worked on ntel;

BB Z30 and Q10
Nokia Lumia 1320
Sony Ericsson Xperia Z3 dual
HTC one m8 and m9
Tecno Boom j8

Others I know, have used Tecno C5 on ntel, which is one of the devices that is able to make VoLTE calls on ntel.

I believe either 3 or 8 supported phones should work... Some phones only have 1 band and they work.. VoLTE is another function on its own and not band related

So you mean C5 lte NTel can call another line with 3G ?
Re: Subscriber Options for UNLIMITED Internet - WORTH IT? by Stanley08(m): 7:29am On Jul 25, 2016

Of course I know VoLTE isn't band related. I mentioned it because C5, konka r1 & r2 are the only devices that works on ntel's VoLTE for now. And yes, mtn, glo, airtel and etisalat can be reached from the VoLTE.
