only oral interview was done,no aptitude test,if u are shortlisted just try u possible best to defend ur cv , u might be asked to say about urelf and maybe challenges u have face while working and how ur overcame dem.just be relaxed its just a simple chat u never might know how close u are so try and attend d fair.good luck .everyone shortlisted i believe has an equal chance many people will b employed permanently.

I applied for the role, I have got the invite but I dont have an MSC....Why did u ask?

The requirement for HR role are
U must have a minimum of 2.1 in ur first degree
An MBA OR M. Sc in HR related course
A professional certification in HR
Then a minimum of 3yrs work experience in any area where u have Acquired some transferable Skills.

I did the interview under HR department in abuja but I did not have my first degree in HR neither a master in HR. Though, I studied Public Admin in my second degree. One thing is sure, you need to have 2.1 to be invited.

I graduated with 2:1 as well,have 3yrs working experience and I studied political science but don't have an msc yet,just wondering why I wasnt invited for the interview.God dey sha.all the best.

The questions are circumstantial meaning it depends on what the interviewer decide to ask. Basically, prepare to defend your CV, know about what you are applying, and what you can do for the organisation.

The career fair was OK in Lag today. I apply for Telecom Engr. though I study Mech Engr & I was shortlisted base on my experience. only 4 questns fr d interviewer

(1) Introduce ur self
(2) What can u do?
(3)The challenge at present work place
(4)since u don't HV experience in telecom Engr, so how can u solve our prob

They were at least 300-400 people, in Lagos
