No other step is required for now as long as the surname is there and correct.. But your school should have mobilized u with the exact name u have on JAMB website, that's the sane thing to do

It can be done at any Cafe where they register JAMB. That's all thats required. NYSC does not require u to bring your JAMB admission letter to camp.

OP please I desperately need your help as my mind is not at rest. I've done school clearance since as far back as April, last month was when I realised I haven't done regularization and that it's really important, I've informed my school and they're like without regularization I won't be able to register for NYSC. Now I've been informed that my name is on the list to be mobilized, but with this regularization issue, is there any way it can be done with someone's help? When I type my reg no in jamb website it says 'No admission given'. My school is not saying anything about regularization yet for us late comers. Please help me!

Sorry for the long epistle I had to break it down for you so you'll understand. My reg no is O6146259FF. I swear if I miss this batch I could go crazy biko.

Hello OP, I regularized my Pin at a Cafe on June 24th and successfully submitted data however when I clicked Amend data it was showing 'no admission given yet' and when I checked the admission status through my year of admission it gave same thing till today.
What do I need to do to have my details appear?
Thanks

If I'm understanding you correctly, does this mean there are certain cafes where one can regularise his pin?

@Kaysy, I got double admission into Uni & poly in my Utme 2012, prior to now, it do reflect that Congratulations you ve been admitted and so on ....
To my surprise I put in my reg no. again I saw " Sorry, no admission yet". Someone told me to click on regularisation on www.jamb.org.ng to check , that if my reg number pop up a form then I need do regularisation but if it shows: This No. not found then am safe. After doing it,It says this no. not found .
I also did it for my friend reg no. that clearly shows their own Admission details ; but when I did it for them it on the regularisation part it also shows : This no. not found for them also.

Is it that my details is with jamb already, I should panick .

Registration Number 06146259FF is Not Found. You have no choice but to go for JAMB Regularization, without which u cannot be able to register on NYSC platform (if you're a full time student), personal JAMB Regularization can only be done at JAMB head office, Abuja though from my recent information has been suspended for now. Kindly contact your institution to do what they are supposed to do for you. Thanks

No, it will not affect u, NYSC only makes use of your date of birth with JAMB or WAEC. The one with school is not important. The only reason for asking for your date of birth is to enabe NYSC pull out your date of birth from JAMB database.

@Kaysy, I got double admission to 2 schools ( A UNI. & POLY) in 2012. Before now, I do check my jamb admission status always then and it do display: Congratulations you've been admitted to study and so on ...; but now when I check my status now it says "Sorry, no admission offered yet ".
My Question is; Did jamb still have my details? Did I need not worry about regularisation again since I got double admission then.
Thanks!!!!!

The bottom line here is that your admission status no longer displays online, maybe u applied for admission rejection then. Anyway go and regularize your admission if you wana be mobilized. meanwhile, drop the JAMB Reg Number let me verifY

Stop misleading people here @ Kaysy..I got up to 2 people who registered neatly in the A16 and their jamb reg no . state "No admission yet". Don't put fear in PCM mind just to market ur own outlets.
Guys, so far you wrote your Jamb yourself, Passed it and ur admission is genuine. Then you are free. Jamb has all your details already, its just a human error by them. They have already.
Speaking with fact here from a professional.

Honestly with this type of people keep resurfacing in this platform, am sorry i may have to stop posting and giving guidelines concerning JAMB Regularization, this issue started in 2014 when NYSC commenced online registration and up till date most people are still naive about the whole process, being well informed about it i decided to assist those who may required guides on this process, but its very disheartening that some of you will come here after being mislead by one or two persons out there to spew trash against my person, this may be the last time i'll reply any question concerning this issue, you guys can meet your respective schools to sort out your issues. As regards my business, i don't think i have asked anyone here to send me money for the purpose of JAMB Regularization, even though i have received several requests concerning it which i declined cos its not in my place to do such, meanwhile my office is located inside Yabatech, very close to UNILAG, so i don't think am in anyway lacking patronage. UNILAG and Yabatech graduates alone are more than enough for us to deal with. Anyway let's see who laughs last. Mind u, am done with my own NYSC and will receive my discharge certificate on 6th Oct, 2016. You're the one about to start the struggle, whatever struggle u'r about to pass through, i have passed through it and in a position to tell u what to expect.

NYSC have stated their requirements and not even your school can go against it... Read below:

GUIDELINES FOR MOBILIZATION OF GRADUATES INTO NATIONAL SERVICE

As part of efforts aimed at ensuring that only eligible graduates who pass through duly accredited full time courses are mobilized for participation in the National Youth Service Corps, the NYSC Management is collaborating with relevant regulatory bodies of the respective Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) – the National Universities Commission (NUC) for Universities and degree awarding institutions and the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for Mono/Polytechnics as well as the entry admission examination body- Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Accordingly, the data of all prospective corps members as submitted for mobilization by their respective institutions, are subjected to screening for conformity with the requirements of these regulatory/examination bodies. In this regard, all prospective corps members whose admissions are not known to JAMB will be deemed to be improperly admitted. The admission status of such students will require the affected CPIs to regularise same with JAMB.

Similarly, all Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) have been advised to abide by the extant admission quota approved by the NUC and NBTE respectively in making submission for mobilization. Any submission in excess of quotas approved will not be accepted. Graduates of courses not duly accredited by these regulatory bodies will not be mobilized for service.

It should be stated, for emphasis, that the regularization of admissions with JAMB is the duty of the Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs), just as the confirmation of approved admission quota for each course and the determination of their accreditation status is the prerogative of the regulatory bodies – NUC and NBTE

It is imperative to state that the NYSC will not act as a liaison office between the Corps Producing Institutions (CPIs) and these regulatory/examination bodies. This much had earlier been brought to the notice of CPIs at the last Pre-Mobilization Workshop held in Ilorin, Kwara State on Thursday 16th January, 2013. Corps Producing Institutions which are unable to conclude the regularization exercise during the 2013 Batch ‘A’ service year could still be considered in subsequent Batches when the outstanding issues would have been resolved by the institution.

It has become expedient to bring this information to the attention of the general public for necessary guidance.

Thank you.

@ kaysy.. I'm bothered on the issues I'm having with the jamb admission status. I was given an admission in a polytechnics by jamb but i later opted to study in the university I was admitted. but anytime I wanted to print the admission letter it usually came with the polytechnic admission letter instead of that of the university. My question is I don't know if that will not b a problem during nysc registration. And can you please help me to check the validity of my jamb registration number 16234990II which I did in 2011.

You son of a biatch, you bastard... You are "Numero uno" in the game of fraud exploiting the innocence and naivity of corp members here; I believe that was why you are pained in the ass. Can you even engage me in real life ? For your information, in terms of intellectualism am far far ahead of you.

And u cannot differentiate a valid JAMB Reg Number and an Invalid JAMB Reg Number.
Honestly, your parent/guardian wasted all the money spent on your so called education. You're still an illiterate. just accept it

Before u open your filthy mouth to talk trash, First analyze things with your brain if truly u'r a graduate
1. I asked u to produce your JAMB Reg number, u failed to do (Sample of someone who don't follow instructions)
2. Did i by any chance ask u or anyone else here to send/pay any money to me? ( Am sure u know the answer) Yet u call yourself a graduate.
3. Don't even show yourself in my presence cos u will have to explain to the court wit evidence where and how i defrauded u.

See, you're just a fool, i can't stoop so low as to engage in words with a bunch of waste.
