PHC1stBorn:
INCOMPETENT Mr. WIKE, AN UNGRATEFUL HUMAN BEING, A DESPERATE THIEF AND SERIAL LIAR
The incumbent governor of Rivers State is grossly incompetent.
Amaechi this, Amaechi that!! Leave Amaechi alone and face the governance which you desperately grabbed on the altar of many innocent blood, against the blessing of then President and our leader of PDP, H.E GEJ.
Amaechi supported you to become Obio-Apko LGA Chairman;
Amaechi Appointed you as his campaign DG;
Amaechi as governor appointed you as his Chief of Staff;
Amaechi nominated you to become a minister;
Amaechi's only sin against you, is that he won't support your bloody ambition to succeed him, because that would be unfair to the people of other ethnic nationalities that makeup Rivers, being that you are his kinsman. This one of the area i agree with the former governor. Now that you grabbed the governorship position, using the then federal might, you have grossly failed in all areas of meaningful governance.
Wike has failed woefully in the area of health care. Abandoning the various health centers built in all twenty-three(23) LGA's by the immediate past government to dilapidate and now become dens for wild reptiles; while the academic & non-academic health workers are left without salaries for several months; ranging between 6-12months.
The good people of Rivers State would never forget so soon, how those health centers built by Rotimi Amaechi saved the life of many and provided healthcare for the average/poor citizens, which in most cases, was free for children and the aged people. Today, Wike abandoned these edifices to decay for no justifiable reason.
Wike has failed woefully in the area of education. The abolishment of "free education" from our public schools, remains one of the most uncharitable wicked actions of Wike against the Rivers people. The decision to introduce several arbitrary fees into public schools, was very unpopular and a thousand steps backwards. Wike has canceled and failed to fund educational scholarships since he assumed office. The present Rivers government as led by Wike, is getting to two(2) years in office, yet they've failed to construct/complete one(1) single school and has abandoned well over one hundred(100) schools, constructed by the last administration, which were all at various stages of completion.
Instead of this government to pursue the completion of these schools and provide enabling environment for basic education, they are busy chasing shadows and have also allowed the well over one-hundred and fifty functional model primary schools to decay, lacking adequate maintenance and upgrade. Teachers and non-academy(security staffs) of our public schools are been owed salaries for several months, resulting to incessant strikes and protests. The failure of Wike in the educational sector is monumental and heavily regrettable.
Wike has failed in the area of Agriculture. Nothing to show. Zero performance. Rather, the incumbent abandoned the huge banana plantation built by Amaechi and used his cronies to set same ablaze, sold off the fish farms and other agricultural infrastructures put in place by the past administration. The highly applauded and world standard resource generating agricultural establishment, RSSDA has been completely ripped apart and allowed to decay, with staffs of this once prided organization, allowed to remain moribund, with over one year of unpaid salaries.
Wike has failed in the Transport Sector. Another area with zero performance. The only achievement is the reintroduction of multifarious task-forces(touts), in replay of his days as Obio-Akpo LGA chairman. The gain is the daily harassment of innocent members of the public and the recent reintroduction of traffic lights, at a whooping contract cost of N6.5bn, secretly awarded to a company belonging to Felix Obuah.
Wike's government and tenure has remained a wild nightmare to Rivers indigenes and dwellers alike. Wike depicts insecurity!!
However, the Wike's recent claim, that Amaechi is behind the insecurity in Rivers state, is the biggest lie of this century and a dirty joke, hoping to score a cheap political mark, though not even his father, wife and children, will believe him or listen to that trash as excuse for the heightened insecurity in our dear state. However, it is incredible to hear this twist of story from a siting governor, who had always proclaimed that, the story of "Rivers insecurity" is a propaganda of the APC, being blown out of proportion and that Rivers State is peaceful, except for pockets of cult clashes.
So now, the insecurity, which the masses had been screaming is true?
Wike is loyally associated to all the infamous militants, criminals and cultists within Rivers State and Niger Delta. He is their greatest patron and source of inspiration as rightly alleged by governor Adams Oshomole recently and his erstwhile-friend, Ali Modu Sheriff.
Wike's romance with Ateke Tom, Dagogo Farah, Soboma Jackris, Solomon Ndebara, Martins Manna, Don Wani, Samuel Nwanosike and their likes, is the reason behind "Rivers of Insecurity".
The governors' recent claim, that Amaechi is behind "Rivers insecurity" is a big lie and a thrash. Such statement clearly depicts incompetence. He can no longer control the monsters he created. This simply means that he has failed in his primary responsibility as enshrined in the oath of office which he took.
In conclusion, Mr, Wike is a disastrous failure in government that will remain painfully indelible, in the minds of Rivers people for many years to come.
Wike is the worst governor of Rivers State ever".

An excellently thoughtful thought
.No better way to say it all.

NUT is the weakest pressure group globally. They could not actualize the objectives of unionism.

They are doing their work. They know the situation on ground. though most of them may have being paid. No need to curse them they are not our union. They are under authority and must do what they are ask to do... with no intention to harm people.

In as much as there is no official strike for now from NUT work is going on and they need to give report of inspection to the board or else them no work. At least their coming will help them to know that the system is collapsing because teachers cannot teach on empty stomach! from there they will use their tongue to count their teeth. Blame NUT our Pregnant Women Union.

FG, States, LGs share
N420bn
— 21st October 2016
…As monthly allocation crashes
by N90.2bn
From Uche Usim, Abuja
The Federal Government, States
and Local government shared
N420 billion in revenue allocation
in September.
The Permanent Secretary,
Ministry of Finance, Dr. Mahmoud
Isa- Dutse disclosed this in Abuja
yesterday at the end of the
Federation Account Allocation
Committee( FAAC).
However, there was N90.2 billion
allocation shortfall as N510.27
was shared in August.
The reduction sprang from
sustained attacks on oil
installations and pipeline
vandalism that made revenue
generation difficult, despite
increase in average price of
crude oil at global market from
$46.0 per barrel in May to $ 48.43
in June.
According to Isa-Dutse, the
attacks led to decrease in volume
of crude oil export by 1.15
million barrels in the month of
June alone, adding that the
decrease in revenue cuts across
both statutory revenue, Value
Added Tax ( VAT) and collection
of Customs duty.
While net statutory allocation
was N315.045 billion in the
previous month, it came down to
N250.947 billion in September;
VAT was N75.962 billion in
previous month but came down
to N64.265 billion in September.
For net statutory allocation,
federal government got the
highest sum of N120.351 billion,
states N61.044 billion while local
government got N 47.062 billion.
The sum of N13.729 billion went
to oil producing states as their
share of 13% derivation. Balance
in Excess Crude Account stood at
$2.454billion.
Meanwhile, both the Permanent
Secretary of the Finance Ministry
and the Accountant- Generation
of Federation, Alh. Idris Ahmed
hailed the International Monetary
Fund ( IMF) recent submission
that the, Nigerian economy has
re-emerged the largest in Africa,
describing it as a “welcome
development”.
Specifically, Isa- Dutse said: ,” that
Nigeria is back again as the
biggest economy in continent is
a welcome development. It
started some times ago and
South Africa took over the lead as
the biggest economy, but today,
I’m not surprised at all that
Nigeria has taken over her
leading position given what the
federal government is doing to
get the economy out of
recession. We have the potential
of growth to move higher. It will
put us in rightful position as a
major destination for investors”,
he noted.
In his remarks, the Commissioner
for Finance, Edo State and
Chairman of Commissioner of
Finance Forum, Mr. John
Inegbedion said the cost of
collection deducted by both the
Federal Inland Revenue Service
(FIRS) and the Nigeria Customs
Service and Department of
Petroleum Service were
unconstitutional.

We don't have NUT, the one we have are working for government, the share our NUT contributions with government.

If we have media house like radio stations and news paper media, as our NUT board and pay our monthly contributions to them, they will cover us well and pay more attention to us than NUT, atleast they will always bring our unpaid salary issues in their programme, the media will always invite/visit the commissioners / governor for interview programme concerning our problems. The state and country at large will know what the government is doing.

I used to be quite positive, but what I heard today is shocking... this is a concerted plan, to furstrate people out of job, they never kept the money aside to be able to catch up with arrears, something the had pledged to do when the wage bill was 7billion plus, with the biometric they reduce it to 5bn,,, and the money that they have been holding since, they spent it on other things, like fake 5bn electicity light contract to Peedeepee shaman Obuah, and all the bribes they have been paying and supporting other states in elections, our salaries have been fully spent by the vampires, and they all know they are sucking our blood, yes the biometrics was done really, but it was just another lousy excuse to hold on to the cash, now they are claining they dont know who has not been paid, asking board staff to collect lists, knowing that it will take weeks, and more errors will be introduced, and then months down the line they will announce teacher certificate evaluation, and bring in a company from Lagos to start verifying credentials, all of this is delay, they just dont want to pay, and even if they want to, they have raided the treasury and kobo no dey inside dia... we need to protest, btw NUT is in their pocket and so is judiciary.... either we forget our months of pay, or we have to protest...
