if ur parent works in osun state u can get d tax clearance from dem and if not, last year it was 6000 and u dont need it naw, u will need it wen u resume and strt ur registration
also, attestation letter can be given to u by ur pastor to testify of ur good behavior rather we will give u in our fellowship wen u resume cos it must b letter headed
and state of origin is to be gotten from d local govt of ur father

That will solely depend on where u get accommodation at, there are house close to the campus and some are very far away.
