You say Reinhard Bonnke raised the dead? what a load of rubbish! do you know how many people have lost their lives at Bonnke's rallies there in Nigeria? did he bring back any of the miserable souls who lost their lives there? of course not! and why is it always Nigerians these charlatans are bringing back to life? never Americans or Germans who can be reliably certified dead. Of course you're right, God cares and wants him saved and that's why Jesus came and died for his sins. Now, just like the world is full of patterns and principles that even the scientists subscribe to, so does the maker of them all have principles; God is a God of principles. In the Bible He has stated expressly the criteria for one to be saved.

Jesus already paid the price and saved everyone in the world. But then, the Bible says, "…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved" (Romans 10:9).

From God’s point of view, legally, everyone in the world has already been saved, following the substitutionary work of Christ on the cross for all men. However, until and unless, the sinner responds by believing in Jesus Christ, and confessing His Lordship, he’ll not be catapulted into the vital aspect of his salvation.

To answer your question, I believe he raised the dead because he did.

Men of God are humans and are not infallible, and even among the real men of God with integrity, there are still fakes, those the devil have planted in the household of God to discredit the Church.
