I think you should also tell us the other side of it, I mean how much help you have provided within the period that you receive these respective amount and how much you have cashed out then we can know whether you are making profit or not.
besides, since the money you paid is not being invested in a profitable business, is it not reasonable to ask yourself where is the so call 30% increase is coming from, who is paying those that works day and night to keep d system out of crash and ensure smooth transitions? MMM is a build up of debt that will certainly crash someday, some people would have make enough money and quite while others will not be that lucky but the government is looking at the effect on everyone.
God bless you. I keep asking people persuading me to invest into this MMM that where is the 30% interest prmosied coming from. Usually they become dumbfounded anytime I ask this question. The so called interest is coming from new entrants who would in turn want to get their own 30% from another person and the cycle continues till the scheme collapses. And by then, some people's money will be stucked - especially those that invested massive fund into the scheme. I ain't trying to discourage anyone, I'm just trying to employ people to reason it out.

The key words here are 1. MMM is a faceless scheme. 2. It is thriving in countries undergoing recession. 3. EFCC is only investigating its operations in Nigeria with a view to sensitizing the people. 4. House can not direct EFCC to stop it.
From the foregoing, it is panic based on rumours that can lead to mad rush to withdrawing from the scheme, which would now lead to its collapse. House of Rep should tread with caution.

Look here, not only EFFCC investigating this poo. Intelligence agencies around the world are running their investigations the way they do to drug cartels. They don't just strike, like DSS and EFCC then start investigating after arrest, they do their home work well, cos when they strike, they kill it once and forall and they dont care how many people hang themselves or get hurt as a result. No sane government will keep watching MMM. Mark my words.
u must be a hardcore hater of the scheme buh make. My word u are a jealous fella

Go after the only thing working in the country right now and they will be a revolution! If the FG can focus on other issues perturbing the country right now like they focus on MMM then Nigeria may be closer to London.

hmm... government interference on this scheme is enough to bring it to untimely death and if I were one of the participants these threats is more than enough for me to pull out to avoid story that touchs the heart

Government threat or no threat, the mmm scheme is just waxing strong by the day. A sign to confirm that Nigerians love it and will keep it going.
I actually sample the opinions of some participants and they vowed to go down with it no matter what. That is the level where it's gotten to right now.

I will advice the FG to stare clear since those involved in this scheme called mmm are presumed to be matured and know the risks. Contribute only with spare money the scheme says. shocked

"However, he said the House of Representatives cannot direct the EFCC to investigate what he described as faceless wonder bank like MMM."

What a useless author

While at it, they should ensure that Baba Ijebu, Nairabet, Surebet, etc stop operations.

Shey you know say Nairabet, Surebet and Baba Ijebu get license to operate and they pay tax?

Investing in MMM is a personal choice.

It is risky but it is their money.

If it the scheme folds, it is their cup of tea.

I think the government should focus more on making life easy for the masses so that they wont find schemes like MMM attractive instead of just attacking the scheme.

Looking at the situation of things right now, people are ready to bet their lives on MMM than on the government's bogus promises.
U have said it all. This government obviously has misplaced priorities!

Our government is selfish. They think about just themselves and not about the people. Government should be more concerned about stopping recession and creating jobs for the common youth without godfatherism and not stopping a scheme that helps in recession. I am a graduate who has applied for jobs in government agencies over the past 6years including advertised army, navy, air force ,police, custom jobs but my name was never shortlisted despite my having 2:1 just because I have no godfather. MMM came and I must confess that MMM is the only good offer I have got since I graduated. It is the only good news I have heard in this regime. I just paid house rent ,I no longer borrow or ask friends for money , all thanks to MMM. I will continue to do MMM till the day it closes. Who has the government helped? But MMM has helped many people.
