Senegal Test Lined Up For Eagles In London
For Rohr To Try Out Isacc Success, Aluko &
Others

Another friendly game has been lined up for the
Super Eagles of Nigeria by the Nigeria Football
Federation according to reports gathered by
Owngoalnigeria.com.

Already arrangements have been concluded to
play Egypt in Dubai on the 9th of January 2017 in a friendly game, which will be prosecuted by
largely home based players.

However the NFF are also taking advantage of the FIFA free window in March to arrange another friendly, this time around in London and it will be prosecuted mostly by foreign based players.

The game will be against Senegal with the venue most likely to be Craven Cottage, home ground of Championship side Fulham FC, where Omatsone Aluko who recently issued a come and get me plea to the Super Eagles coach plays.

It is expected that Coach Gernot Rohr will call up the 27 year old, who last played for Nigeria in
2014 and Watford FC forward Isacc Success
could be handed a call up as well.

Players who distinguished themselves in the
penultimate friendly against Egypt in January are also expected to make the cut for the friendly against Senegal in March.

After Kelechi Nwakali's performance in his last game, one of the journalist had to ask Kelechi how old he was. Because, his football is way above his age.

Can not wait for him to take the Super Eagles by storm. Props to Garba and Amunike for this fine talent.

Ohhh... because Nacho broke into ManCity's first team, all is okay huh?? You care not about the kind/level of hardwork he put in...

Well, the call I made for Nacho was before he even broke into ManCity's first team. smiley

Nwakali was sent on loan.... So??

Victor Moses was sent on loan for three good seasons or so and is now one of the best most-in-form wingbacks in world football.

What about the players at Chelsea who "were ahead" of him?

when you lose your mother as a young child, you really don't care whatever some people think they've gone through.

I honestly don't care about Dele enough to read of his pathetic childhood, I have my own sad story too, maybe someone who grew up with both parents will care.

So, yes, I am stone-hearted, now can we move the f-ck on?

no we can't move on just yet. You lost ur mom but ur father remained there. He didn't lose his parents to death but they abandoned him, which is a worse thing.

Speaking of fathers... This is from google translate so it will be full of grammatical blunders..

TYRONNE EBUEHI: INDEBTED TO HIS FATHER

Tyronne Ebuehi has benefited in several respects to his Nigerian father. Is it just to then turn his father him. Ebuehi has the wind in its sails, then makes his father with a cautionary note that does not float his son. The roots of his father makes Ebuehi even a near-international.

While ADO Den Haag a series of lesser races put on the mat in September and October, one man will surely have a better feeling about those duels: Tyronne Ebuehi. The right back has now risen to a regular. How else saw a few months ago for the Haarlem. "The preparation was a few weeks old when Jose San Roman from Argentina was taken," says Ebuehi. "You know that such a player as bench player coming to ADO Den Haag. Then you have suddenly a competitor for my favorite right back position. Of course, your bag there for a moment, but it gave me the motivation to work even harder to regain my place. And that's successful, is gratifying to me, although I was disappointed that we did as a team less. "

It marks the 20-year Ebuehi that he is not going to throw in the towel and has fought back. It's in his character: hard work and never throw somewhere in the hat to. It is a mindset that he's not a stranger. Ebuehi has the afterworld of his father. "From the moment it appeared that I could play football quite a potty, my father I always enjoined that" fun "is not enough to kick a ball. To succeed as a footballer needs for more than one hundred percent of your profession life. By working hard, you can achieve what you want to achieve. "

Ebuehi still lives in his childhood home. Every day he speak with his father about the profession professional footballer. A profession that has ups and downs. "If you were not going the way I want my father to cheer me. And that always succeeds. But he is also the first to criticize if I just do not do well. He sees all my races and know afterwards exactly tell what is and is not going well. he Sabelt not accept me, but give constructive criticism that I can move on. You notice that he wants the best for me. I dare say that my father is the most important person in my life . "
With a Nigerian father and Dutch mother Ebuehi has the advantage that he can play for two countries. From his homeland came a few weeks ago, a surprising phone call from the coach of Nigeria. "He wanted I see selecting me for the World Cup qualifier against Algeria. It as a great honor that I am observed in Nigeria. But at this moment requires ADO Den Haag my full attention. Especially now that I regularly stand in the base. Therefore, it seemed it seems to me not the right time to travel to Nigeria on the game. I wanted to totally focus on the club. I certainly do not rule out that I'm in a possible next call. "

It can go fast in football; of benchwarmer at ADO Den Haag to neo-international. Both the coach of Nigeria as Zeljko Petrovic seem therefore be seen sitting in Ebuehi. Why is that according to him? "A good question. Who would you actually have to ask them, haha. But I'm someone who never renounced, will always give everything. I listen to the trainer and will return no big mouth. A quiet strength maybe, yes. Still going I do not think I've been there. There is still a lot to improve my game. Defensively, I already improved a lot. only there are also offensive actions of a modern backup expect. I'll have to develop more in me. I am sometimes afraid to go forward. I work every day to improve that aspect. I train for example, many on crosses. Attacks still feels familiar. "

Iheanacho was golden ball winner at UAE 2013. He came under the special talent rule and there was a premise for that.

Yahaya was in same tournament. How do you wanna convinve the English work permit board that Yahaya NOT yahadinho.. Is a special talent?

Abandoned in such a strong word, parents do this all the time especially when sports are involved. I give u this, Osimhen lived with Amunike for a while, his parents just didn't have the ability to help him get to his potential. We have children who leave their parents to do house work so i don't see wat the big deal about him moving some miles away is.

I already told you... Iheanacho didnt need to be brazillian to get the special talent work permit because of his golden ball performance in which he produced the best stats for an u-17 player in the history of the Fifa u-17 WC.

Ejaria ahead... Ejaria isnt even K.Nwakali's mate in the first place. Na wa ooo...

Yahaya had work permit issues at Tottenham.... But Porto went for him and bought him outrightly. If he wasnt special, porto wouldnt have bothered.

Wetin Nwakali dey find for Holland?? Is that a serious question?

Ejaria is ahead... Is that all you wanna show? Fine, he is ahead... But K.Nwakali remains the realest deal for Nigeria in midfield.

I want Ejaria to progress too because I also see him in our midfield in the long-run. If you've been following this thread for long, you'll see where I always point to K.Nwakali and Ejaria as Mikel's heirs in the Super Eagles' central midfield.

So dont make it look like K.Nwakali is rubbish and Yahaya is nonsense just because they arent at Liverpool like Ejaria is currently. Na wa....

Note: Also, Moses was at crystal palace and got drilled in the English game long before he shone like a million stars at Wigan. Then he left for Chelsea and went on loan to three clubsides, Liverpoool, Stoke City and West Ham (didnt wanna mention Stoke huh? Loolll). So Moses was already used to England.

K.Nwakali is just getting into England and Wenger thinks this loan move is important for him. At MVV, he's doing great and he's just 18!!! Abi u sabi pass Wenger??

make nwakali break into arsenal xi first before we call m the realeat deal

Ejaria plays as an attacking midfielder or B2B while Yahaya also plays as an attacking midfielder or winger on both sides. Kelechi Nwakali is CMF/AM.

You are right, Ejaria is very much ahead of them.

If Yahaya is considered as a Winger then Sheyi Ojo is far ahead of him.

Kelechi Nwakali needs to come out from Dutch second division before he is even considered for U20, and not to talk of U23 or Super Eagles.

National team is not waiting for anybody to grow or a place to promote preferred players ahead of the ones who worked hard to play in top leagues in Europe.

Super Eagles Continue Rise In FIFA Rankings, Now In World Top 50 & Africa’s Best 10

The steady rise of the Super Eagles of Nigeria in
the FIFA ranking continued with the latest
rankings released for the month of October by the world soccer governing body.

Since the appointment of Gernot Rohr as coach
Nigeria have been enjoying a steady climb up the table, thanks to his perfect starts as manager with three victories from his first three games as coach.

Nigeria picked up two high profile wins in the
period under review beating Zambia away from
home 2-1 and Africa’s highest ranked nation
Algeria 3-1 in Uyo.

Comfortably on top of their group standings for
the World Cup 2018 qualifiers, the victory over
Algeria helped them gained more points due to
the place of the Foxes in the rankings prior to the game in Uyo.

Super Eagles climbed 10 places and are now
50th in the World and in so doing broke into the
top 10 highest rank foot playing nation in Africa
as they are now 7th on the continent.

On a serious note, we should stop this culture of cussing and name-calling. So many here have opportunities to cuss but choose to read and move on. We're starting to encourage a clique-like association that could spell doom for this thread.

We will not always agree, and on this we should be able to agree to disagree as decent humans. Cussing is not the new cool.
