They solved for a friend yesterday. His account was on moratorium, and he wrote to support. It had taken more than 1 month, but the moratorium was lifted

MMM support and CRO works like any typical customer care services....

The more customers(i.e: participants) you have...the more the issues....the longer it takes for issues to be resolved.

When the total number MMM Nigeria participants were few, there were more sane participants and less issues hence response time was quicker, as the number of participant increased, issues increased and response has become slower.

pls I also have issue too. I registered my cousin under me. I pH through my account and phone on his behalf. He was then placed on moratorium for about three days now. Dies the fact that I register him implies that I run multiple acounts?
my cousin and I share different names, different bank accounts. I use access while he uses uba.
I have written to support though no reply yet. The most dreadful part is that my cousin neither have a national ID, voters' card or drivers' license. pls what's d way out.
Though, support haven't reply me yet.

You have to write to support, but you need those ID card, because it is hard for them to do anything if you don't have them. Why not register to national id card or voters card or tin card! They will give you something temporary you can use

If u receive fake pop contact the person first if he/she is not talking sense just extend the time by 24hrs a pop up will show asking for reason,type fake pop uploaded,go to your bank and collect stamped statement of account,then go to the message box(not ticket)type fake pop and uplaod your account statement,after the time elapse cro will block d person and give u another participant without wasting much time.if u wait for the ? Sign just get ready to receive your money next 3 weeks or more

my bro paid one stupid lady on monday, since then, her number has been switched off, she hasent confirmed my bro and i called her guider, he said he dosent remember the lady, i asked if he could help check his list, no reply, i chat the guider up on watsaap, hes not replying. I have written to support severally, and sent message through the chat box, i have uploaded all the necessary documents, but nothing has been done. All they told me was the CRO are looking into the matter. I and my bro are now fed up. Shey 34k will just go like that ni. O su mi oo

Relax, u will be attended to. No one looses money. U have already done your part, but meanwhile keep pestering the guider in the meantime. Use another number.

Don't be worried sir. Fund recipient also has 48hrs Max to confirm payment like you had 48hrs grace to pay. After the 48hrs, if no confirmation, CRO will intervene, on the ph order, a yellow question mark will pop up. Then, upload the teller or evidence of payment. It will be solved.

They solved my problem last month..I was placed on Moratorium for editing my Account section and after writing to them and sending all the documents they required. My account was release again....so let your friend think again

I once tried to cash out my mavros of about 70 USD and it didn't go through. Later I checked and noticed that it was deducted. have written to support and yet to get a response, don't know if I broke a rule by trying to cash out my macros + I provided help of 200 USD on Tuesday. perhaps the mavros from it entered my 70 usd hence why I can't withdraw as the lock in period hasn't elapse

I provided help since on the 13th of last month with Bit coin instead of Other bank and I haven't been merge with anyone since it has been due. Is there anything I can do for it to be merge cos it has over due with the 20$ bonus.

merging with bitcoin takes a long time. just be patient. you can contact ladyf if u need bitcoin.

Please can you advice? I was pair with someone to pay me before the 30 days pause. The person uploaded a fake pop. when I called him, his number was switched off so I sent him a massage through the massage box. After this, he called and was telling me stories and that I should wait for him to pay when he has the money. I do not trust any of his stories.
