Actually it has been completed in the sense that it has even been roofed and plastered but the problem is that it has been just so for the last 25years (unused). Water has damaged a few places like the shoot out terrace and the place where the tank tgat supplies water to the house water has damaged the walls beneath it.. i dont know if its still structurally sound.

We may need to see the building and conduct a certain test on it to determine if its structurally safe.

This test enable us to be sure if it can still be work on
