Yaaay!!! I am a 2017 bride. I am on a very strict budget. wedding is in Lagos mainland. Major challenge is a wedding dress. I want to BUY a very classy and beautifully designed MERMAID dress OR a two-in-one dress (Ball gown for church and transformed to Mermaid dress for reception) (Please do not contact me if your dresses are obvious china made. Decent and standard hotel accomodations around iyana ipaja axis would be appreciated also.

A good DJ that would play English contemporary wedding and CHRISTIAN songs is preferred.

If you have CLASSY invitation cards as well, please your services are welcome only if they are very affordable.

Finally, I NEED a VERY GOOD make up artist that can also do bridal hair (ONE person ONLY). Please note that the MUA should be able to compete with Oshewa, BeautyCook, ZA makeovers, GlamTouch1, etc. (Please provide your instagram handles).

Woke up at the middle of the night, next thing that came to my mind was nairaland, reached out my phone and went straight to the family section which I hardly visit unless it's a front page topic. I saw this wonderful thread and realized that coming here wasn't by mistake. I slept off while still going through the 2016 thread and had a lovely dream seeing myself sharing my story on how I met my hubby ( I am yet to see him in real life oo). I believe 2017 is our years( 2017 brides)

I'm by his grace a 2017 bride, may to be precise but I've not started planning yet. Will be working strictly on budgt , I'm completely lost when it comes to picking colours every colour looks fine to me. I and hubby-to-be are on the dark side so colour suggestions will be appreciated.
