Genuine survey plan will cost between 80k-100k per plot in Ikorodu. It is 100k when the land fall within Agric Zone, by that you have to apply for conscent to survey government Aquisited land for Agric purpose.
Also at the end, you will be given a document showing evidence of lodgement of 'Red Copy' from the Office of Surveyor general, Alausa.

thanks yemi, I was actually told by a surveyor that he will colect 60k, but going by ur post i now see that the man may not do a good job afterall, or do you think 60k will do a good job, thanks for your response

Well, i think the most important thing now is just to tell him (the surveyor) what you want, given the level of information at your disposal concerning what must accompany a genuine survey plan, most especially, 'evidence of red copy lodgement' if he agree to produce the document at that rate, goodluck but as for me, i dont think 60k would be enough to process and obtain a genuine survey plan.
