Why was the account blocked? BVN? Fraudulent activities? Threshold limits? suspicious transactions? The reason for the block determines how to resolve the problem. |

Abang52:Thats why i asked, if its a fraudulent activity, you do not tell the customer because you need to apprehend him. You only tell him to visit the branch as his presence is required to enable him access to his account. If its for BVN, you simply send a mail and ask them to visit the branch with a valid means of identification to register for the BVN. It goes on and on really |
