Anyone familiar with the area knows that it is very close to the airport and planes fly really close to buildings uncountable times daily during take off and landing. Why havent all the buildings around Egbeda, Akowonjo n environs collapsed? This is just a lame excuse for a poor structure that collapsed due to low quality materials used. We went to school to have sense but this FFK went to school to lose sense.

People should give some thoughts to FFK's comments before they dismiss him.

Just consider these factors/facts:
1. FFK is a former Minister of Aviation. He definitely has loyalists, contacts and informants in the ministry who can always release classified info to him.
2.The incident happened during Jonathan's tenure and we know FFK and Jonathan are friends. Hence, this is not an idea of FFK fighting against an APC or Buhari govt.
3. FFK knows the implications of his comments. Sometimes, it takes some defiant characters like FFK to make controversial remarks/revelations which may or may not turn out to be truth.
4.Since the incident happened, no official report has been released by the aviation industry. Everybody in that industry and even the military have all kept quiet. This is very strange considering the fact that over 100 lives were lost. The lawyer representing SCOAN demanded that the investigating team should pay a visit to the aviation towers at the airport so that they could take records and readings of all flights on that fateful day of 14-Sep-2014 in order to ascertain the involvement of the aircraft(as alleged by the church) but that request was turned down! Very strange!


In view of the above, it is just proper to wait and see what FFK would bring out before we dismiss his opinion. He may be right, and he may be wrong!

Pls look at the picture attached. The small red circle shows the supposed plane just before the building went down and the bigger circle a bus on the road. The bus is obviously close to the building as it's size shows. Abeg why is the plane that flew right over the building looking like an ant in the video?

FYI, the plane is probably 200-300 times bigger than the bus. FFK should answer my question, why is the plane looking like it's flying far away over Ogun State?...lol

You are ignorant of the different types of planes and their functions!
You are comparing the size of a commercial plane that carries hundreds of passenger to the size of a military plane that may be designed to carry only a few people. There are military planes that carry only 2 pilots that can destroy a whole town. It is not the size, it is the nature of assignment that matters.
Why not ask the reason a military plane was hovering around residential building about 4 times in less than 30 minutes?

One question for Oga Apollo,

If truly the plane hovered right over the building, do you know how big it will look in the video in proximity to the building? A plane isn't a car o, they are really big sir. Even the people that were walking on the road close to the building are way bigger in size to a full sized plane that you claim flew over the building. The planes were hundreds of thousands of metres away from the building and there's no way you can tell if the three planes referenced are same or military planes. Another thing is, if the plane really flew that close to the building as claimed...the sound of the engine and the wind blast that accompanies it will scary the sh*t out of the guys walking around peacefully before the building collapsed. Let us decipher things properly before posting. I repeat we went to school to have sense and not lose it. Peace out
