The phone is very OK. the front camera is clear so it d back. the images are Bright and it really flat. the battery life is just OK although if ur d type who's always on their phone dz might not b d best choice bcz of d battery.. but d phone z very OK

yes i have.. I think I'll get it, it has LTE technology. plus it's really cheap with an increase in ram size.

oh damn! i wanted buying it but i couldn't find any review just like when i bought the pop star... anyway i created a thread asking people what they think and someone said it's processor is weak, another said terrible battery. The worst was a user claimed the screen responsiveness was poor. All these comments got me sceptical so i settled for Infinix Hot 3

the processor weak? that's like 5x better than the popstar mtk processor it's a snapdragon, plus the GPU is adreno. It's better than the infinix by far, infinix is just a ram phone.

So I'm bringing u up from this ur last post on the Alcatel Popstar. I'm trying to get the phone and need ur valued experiences shared with me. I have actually paid for it already. My interest really is I don't want a common phone, and I think Alcatel is not so common, and I also agreed it's a mid range phone.

I went to read about the phone through google and this Nairaland thread came up. Be kind to run down details for me, can't really read all the 12 pages, besides a lot of distracting opinions abound there.

some advice, get a power bank. Never let the screen break. It can be very hot. Have patience for the processor. It may keep optimizing the OS anytime it restart. The screen can be unresponsive in certain part. I think that should do.

Aiit, thanks dearie. What a way to start. I'm getting a pouch to support it and tempered glass sheet too. Hope that will help in protecting breakage of glass.

I've stopped using this device, I use a 4G LTE device with 2 gigabytes of ram. But overall, the device has a very beautiful design. And the performance is really good.. I'm sure you'll enjoy this device..it's sleek, slim and has a physical stylish home button... but buy a screen protector ASAP, the screens are LCD and they're fairly fragile.

The battery is fairly okay, it lasts for about 5hrs on heavy usage and 12+hrs on low usage.. So if you aren't doing anything customization, you should be okay with the device as it is.
