Currently the student of micheal okpara university of Agriculture umudike Abia state, are writing their semester exam. This institution is said to be one of the toughest school in the eastern region. As the institution as zero tolerance to examination malpractice. Student are force to bend their heads down to read or get failed by their lecturer. No excuses as to weather there were no classroom or library to read. You just have to find a reading position for yourself. I don't know any Nigerian University that is tolerant to examination malpactrice. Even though there are lecturers in almost all universities willing to exchange money for marks most universities frown at examination malpractice. However, I find it disturbing that Students would be reading on the Streets like this. This could certainly mean there isn't electricity in d Hostels or Classrooms.... It shouldn't be.

lol How do u think there wouldn't be electricity on a motorable road at night? That does not in any way way mean there's electricity in the Hostels. My point being its not normal for ppl to be reading on the road. If they are reading on the road then it certainly means there is a problem the university needs to address...

well, there's electricity in hostels and classes because the school power generator powers both the street lights and classroom lights and its a norm in MOUAU for the SUG director of welfare to fix bulbs in classes during exam period.

I don't get.. Why read on the road when u can comfortably read in ur room Why sleep on the road when u can comfortably sleep at home Who even reads in this kind of condition?
Is this the norm in other schools? Ayam not understanding.
