What makes an action evil is the immoral intention of the doer . These examinations are for the well being of the woman . Any male who cannot control his sexual urges shouldn't be a gynecologist and if the female feels she can't handle being with a male gynecologist , she should visit the female ones .

Even sef , when doctors enter the TPJ mode ( temporal-parietal junction ) , they tend to focus on the task at hand blocking out emotional turbulence or distractions including sexual urges . They are trained to do so .

This is a sensitive topic. As a Christian, my personal opinion remains that it is very wrong for a male believer to be a gynecologist

1) Examining the breast of a woman that is not your wife as a heterosexual male is wrong
2) Examining the private parts of a female that isn't your wife is totally wrong
3) Some male doctors develop feelings for their patients and vice versa
4) Our sight is a gateway to temptation
5) If a woman examines the private parts of a male patient how will he feel, assuming he has a wife, how will she feel?

I can go on but let me stop here, it is wrong and no religions supports it

And procreation is the work of God. Did I mention that he prays over his cases. Yes,he has now been made a consultant and I'm so proud of him. How many female gynecologist do we even have? When did society even allow women to start aiming high? If not for the males who veered into that career early enough more women will die in pregnancy and childbirth. I have been treated by females(thrice) and they are not even better. I remember during my postpartum issues,it was the female who left me and went home not minding that I was bleeding. I'm not a man but I know that most gynecological examination are not pleasurable. Majority of them are even very painful. Sensitive exams are done in the presence of females nurses/doc or male assistant most times. And not only gynecology exposes body parts,even in surgery the patients go naked. So Christian males should not be surgeons,sonographers,lab scientist(they do v-swap),nurses etc because in all these professions they see female sensitive body parts. Will you rather be examined by an unbeliever male than a believer. The Holy Spirit in a man gives self control. An atheist can have self induce control takeless of a Christian. You are talking about breast examinations;do you know that all doctors are trained to do breast exams? And Surgeons and Oncologist(cancer doc) do more breast exams than gynecologist? So Christian males should not be doctors?

A believer can be a gynecologist because, by the letter of the law, a male gynecologist should have a female chaperone in the room while examining a patient. He can stimulate the clitoriszzzzzzzx to check the nervous system as far as the chaperone is there.
Besides, doctors see the human body as a specimen or a piece of meat to be rather blunt, they are looking for answers on that "piece of meat".
After handling so many breasts and vaginas, they get desensitized to it.

Oga, you're not a doctor, so you can only assume. Just be a doctor for one week, then everything I've said here will make sense.
I had the same fear, till I started practicing. I'm not even a gynaecologist, but I see a lot of obstetrics and gynecology cases, same as every other doctor that I know, we examine them and it ends there, as examination.
If you start having sexual fantasies about someone who is sick and came to you for help, then you're a sexual deviant and need psychiatric help.
Your mind is already made up, nothing anyone here says will make you change your mind. So, continue with your beliefs.

The intentions of the human heart is what God sees.

When I was 15, I went for breast examination. My doctor was a female. And she has a male doctor attach to her. I observed that anytime the female goes out, the other will start examining my breasts. He didn't jump on me. Then I felt something was wrong but I couldn't pinpoint it.

You are still missing the point. You're describing professionalism. You are still talking from the point of work ethics.

I'm talking from the point of spirituality. Just because I saw an unclad male doesn't mean I will have sex with him. It doesn't mean I will jump on him. But will I still think of it? That's where sins comes in. You're describing issues where I won't think about it because the body is going through treatment.

The question still is as a believer who know is God, will my heart not go into fornication if I see a body attractive enough?

If you are in labour and go to a teaching hospital, 20 doctors will insert their fingers into your vagina of which only one of them is your doctor.

They are not exactly the same sir. In the case of sexual sin, you do not need to commit the actual act to be guilty (Matthew 5:27-30). There are professions that are dangerous to the spiritual and eternal welfare of a Christian and I think being a practising gynaecologist is one of them.

It's called a teaching hospital. The 20 are the regular doctors, I've not even included the student doctors doing their labour ward posting.
If you refuse to let them examine you, you leave the hospital. That's the rules.
