Dollars the accountant you sent 'Am a graduate of Accounting' instead of 'I am a graduate of Accounting'. Many candidates had their applications rejected because of errors like this. Good luck though.

if you are coming from kaduna, drop at the second flyover in zaria, from that second flyover just get a bike tell the bike man to take you to railway station office, its not far from the flyover.

He'llo guys, there is one thing that I am sensing from this NRC written interview invitation. People who applied but were not invited may likely "invite" themselves since there was no specific location successful applicants were told to go for the interview. This, therefore leading me to ask this question, what do you think that would happen to those that decided to invite themselves?

After many months when the Nigerian Railway Corporation recruitment advert came out,they have finally started inviting applicants for written interview, schedule to hold in their state offices in 6 states across the country.
I got the invite but I think I'm no more interested, engaged somewhere else,NRC thanks anyway.I wish all nairalanders who will be there good luck and success.

You want invite yourself abi? before they admit you into the interview hall, they'll certainly questioned you for proof of invitation, which is the SMS they sent. I believe they have every successful applicants data on their website database, if you try to be smart they can easily request for your phone number and check it up.

Gate crashing all the way... Who is going to Enugu? I'm so storming the venue from Umuahia. If you read the text you will know that their is room for gate crashing. Guys just get there and find a guy that will screenshot his message and send to you. We are in Nigeria, this is a federal job, no dulling. If u are going to write in Enugu nwanne biko reply me.

I don't know if am to go for the interview since am yet to get the invitation text, though this is the same thing that happened with npower stuff, many didn't get the text for the online screening but then some still login even without getting any text, so I've gat nothing to loose if I still go for the interview.

No,I didn't. In fact the SMS looks so informal,it makes me wonder how applicants will be distinguished, is it just with their names or phone numbers. There should be a unique means of identifying applicants, like vacancy ID,application or user Id,like the case of FIRS and FCSC.
I wonder how organized the interview will be,anyone can gatecrash
