The Oneplus 5 seems to be the highest contender from my chinco cousins (hopefully it gets released in may). .

But my umi z pro dream is still alive (when my cousins test well and fix all hardware + software conflicts & bugs).. .

Umi are sending me an address to return this faulty device to.
The have agreed to refund, upon receipt of tracking number.
I have asked them to send me a fully tested replacement instead.

I don't need to use all android phone to know the basic operations. just like reset, off, installing app or even installing a new rom, you can see all these are similar. Or do you? after all am only trying to help. I hope you can see what umi are telling the Op to do. Peace.

You might know something but forget to apply it. By the way, there are slight difference in removable and nonremovable battery with the way they are operated in device. You will notice at the latter part of the interaction, i ask the Op if his device has a removable or nonremovable battery. In such situation there is no harm in trying different ideas multiple times, you never can tell which might work.

Oga, u know say na fineness made u bought that phone. There are brands to be very cautious off wen d price reaches 200 and above. All the umi, elephone and so on are meant for the sub 150 usd. For d record, I used elephone p8000 for a year and half b4 it dropped dead wen charging it. No solution. The guy that used umi z above (vintino), can give u long list of the bugs on that phone. How long is someone willing to wait for software updates to fix issues? Maybe if after 2 years u will get to start enjoying the phone .
Even new brands like uhans, vernee, qihoo 360 and doing quite well

They produce majorly budget phones. Am currently testing leagoo m8, a nice phone for cheap price if u want a simple phone as a second phone or gift a smartphone as gift to a novice

I hope it does. My Note 3's flash and camera have come back to life. I hope this Umidigi Note C serves me till the OnePlus 5 is launched. And if its problem free, i might not invest in the OP5.
