EFCC does not break into people's houses without search warrants.
EFCC search one's house only if they have clues of any financial crime there. And they do that with valid warrant.
Those sophisticated criminals will always sell stale reasons to me and you, their victims to cover up there atrocity and make us think unwittingly that they are being victimized.

genearts:

Who's house have efcc broken into without a search warrant? give me one example

You dey mind illiterates?

They think a search warrant is a piece of information that should either be available on the dailies or nairaland.

Some of them are just trying to let their as_slickers know that they understand little about procedures, otherwise how do you explain all these trash they keep posting here. If not illiterates, who else goes about with the belief that a house belonging to a Senator is searched without legal backing and the Senator keeps quiet about that (People that are surrounded by legal practitioners not some nl pocket lawyers).

Just like saying a graduate must have undergone approved course of study before the award of whichever certificate, must you say it? Is it not implicit until evidences prove otherwise?

Don't be surprised if you see them by tomorrow with the chant "breaking into people's houses without search warrants.

Bunch of very annoying and irritating illiterates.

and when they do nothing, you'll say they are encouraging corruption.................. Nigerians, Miserable lot
My friend please take some steps back.
Breaking down people's house is not the way to fight corruption!
Like someone rightly said earlier, get a court order or a warrant from the attorney general of the Federation who I know will not withold it and walk into the house like professionals that I believe they are. You only use Force when there is a resistance.
This attitude of branding anybody that differs with EFCC on the way they are handling things as the enemy won't take us anywhere.
Whatever is worth doing is worth doing well and not creating a mess everywhere.

Jang is the second best thing to happen to plateau state after joseph Gomwalk.
If its about work and chop...I'm in support but chop and no work loke we have now is pure evil!
THEY hate Jang because he didn't share money as has been the practice preceeding his administration.

Don't forget he was an Air Commodore in the airforce. ...no be today man.

it's quite simple actually, which sane person will hide money in a septic tank How do you get to the septic tank and remove the money without breaking it?? The birds have learnt to fly without perching so hunters are learning to shoot without missing..... Let's not kid ourselves, our judiciary is fraught with every kind of corruption, before you even get a warrant, the process can drag on for ages. Again, we are assuming efcc act without warrants. What if they searched with warrants ? My opinion is my opinion anyway.... Emancipate yourself, I can't do it for you

Mr Jang, if u're innocent, u shouldn't be bothered

That's besides the point!

The point is maintaining standard operating procedures within the ambits of the Law not acting poorly scripted James Bond films all over tthe place.

Now, EFCC is becoming so unfocussed they're using their twitter handle to name-call, gist and throw sidegists / yabbis @ random strangers; haba?

So, where are we going as a nation.

Must we destroy public institutions in the name of doing a temporal good.

Let's remember the Nigerian Police everyone dreads and disdains today didn't become so overnight!

NITEL, Nigeria Airways other "now sold-off" public enterprises were once thriving viable, thriving parastatals that had their operating philosophy hijacked and fundamental mandates impugned then.
And now, they are no more.

If this is a democracy, let rule of law be upheld pls and let all defaulters be brought to book. Every last one of them but spare us all the melodramatic breaking in thru the window stunts...

We've seen enuf of that already...

How many pple have been jailed sef?

Including the grasscutter Babachir, so, make dem park well.

I don't subscribe to Efcc breaking people houses. Get ur court order, then walk as a security agent to any house you want to, present ur warrant and start ur work; except where they oppose then you can use force.

Check the constitution.

If they have search warrant, they can break or destroy any barrier to gain access.

Do you think they always allow them walk in ?
