Hello Nairalanders,
This post is for those passionate about electronic circuit designs. I mean the electronic hobbyist, engineers and inventors.

As we all know, electronics is the most versatile and fastest growing technology in the world but our country is nowhere to be found when it comes to electrical/electronics technology.

I was indeed glad the way we embraced software technology and the number of software technologist /developers in the country is quite impressive but what is happening to hardware designs which has always been there before software development became rampant? Why are our engineers leaving hardware for software?

Is it a thing of mindset!
Is learning of hardware more tedious?
Is it more expensive?
Is it a feat for the whites alone?
I dont thinks so!

In the advance countries, you see lots of electronics design clubs, learning centres, startups, etc.
But we almost have none here! Why is our focus more on software which cannot exist without hardware?

I was a software developer for 10years until 2015 i decided to follow the path less travelled

Today i have created an electronics learning community to pioneer the technology of electronics in Nigeria.

We'll share ideas,
Build projects,
Host competitions,
etc

I'm not an expert but i hope to meet experts through this medium
It's a matter of time, we'll get there.

Please post your email for invitation or pm me if you share same dream and ready to travel this path together.

Most electronics systems today have roots in programming: microcontrollers, robots, controllers, DSPs, etc
