Hello house. .Really don't know who to tag for this very question, so please I'm throwing it out to everyone. .I'm naturally dark but recently I've seem to become even darker coupled with recently (about 2 days ago), my face starts becoming rough. .real rough that even after bathing. .in less than 10 mins. .all moisture has dried..my skin is following suit too. .I've never used any particular lotion or cream or anything before as I normally use my Vaseline or nothing at all. .Please someone should recommend what would be ideally suited for me..I need to smoothen my body again and regain a lovely charming body. .my face seems to be rougher and dry now


NB: please I'm new to skin care and I'll like my question to be attend to in the most explicit format which I can easily understand. .Thank you as I anticipate for a solution

Last year, my friend told me to mix citro clear serum with my cream(I use Fair and White So White cream, been using since 2010). I added the citro clear to my cream but did not see any visible results. I am currently pregnant but will soon put to bed and I am darker now than Sahara desert. I intend to attack my complexion with fervour once I put to bed so I got a pack of Asantee Papaya Soap, Eden Apricot Face and Body Scrub and my regular F&w cream but I need a very good serum to add to my cream. Someone suggested I get something from Bismid but I dont trust all those their creams. What would you recommend that will lighten my complexion and also give me an overall body glow? Thanks in advance.

Hi...i don't think you really need a serum ...the most important thing is that you're exfoliating...exfoliating the skin makes it more responsive to cream. I'd advise you start with the products you got already. Wishing you smooth and safe delivery

thanks for all your contribution here.
Here goes my issue:

I sm a very dark person (as in black). And I don't intend to change that as that is my natural complexion. However, I have noticed that me face is 1 or 2 shades darker than the rest of my body. Also I have a dull skin. And I will like to correct that.

I used to use St. Ives (used it for years) but I currently use vaseline (skin whitening) and bath with dettol even tone. I have been bathing with dettol even tone for months now while I just recently started using vaseline (skin whitening) for about 2 weeks now. I still see no change.

Can you help me suggest what I can do to tone down the darkness of my face a little to march my other body parts?
