OK, if your computer has both ,you can enable them together as I think it would give you optimal frames refresh rates.

What is your monitor refresh/frequency rates?

Fast Link is good when your FPS is 2x your monitor's refresh rate.
G sync works in tune with your monitor that's if your monitor's refresh rate is 60fps and you running a game and its fps is less than 60 it would improve.

But its best to use both together if possible.

G-Sync but you need a monitor that supports G-sync. Fast sync is a software implementation and can be used on any monitor connected to an Nvidia card.
