Did you submit at an NIS office or something because I have locked my information online and the quarantor's form I printted has been filled. What I want to know is that am I to submit that printed copy somewhere?

pls i have not submitted the guarantor's form which I printed out, i only submitted online. Am i to submit it and if yes, where should i do that. I have not gotten any update on selected candidates for the recruitment.
