U're probably suffering from delayed ejaculation its a side effect of extensive masturbation. I guess that was the first time you ever slept with your gf. The novelty allowed you to ejaculate. Once the novelty is gone, u're gonna require a higher level of stimilation to ejaculate. You may need to use fantasy as a temporary measure until a doctor can help u out.
