Cassava... its very expensive now
A truck of cassava of sold for like 130k now and when you cultivate it on an hectare you'll be expecting at least 5 trucks... Normally it could be 6 or 7
Duration is 1 year and you'll cultivate 1 hectare of cassava with less than 100k including the land lease
