The prevalence of albinism in some ethnic groups in sub-Saharan Africa is around 1 in 5,000, while in Europe and the US it is 1 in 20,000. It would follow, then, that there would be stronger selective forces acting on albino populations in Africa than on albino populations in Europe and the US. Rates as high as 1 in 1,000 have been reported for some populations in Zimbabwe and other parts of Southern Africa.

Its also important they take care of their skins especially by protecting themselves from the sun.
The use of sunscreens is no 1, especially in Africa where we get the sun in all its glory almost everyday of the year.
Albinos are at a higher risk of having sun burns and certain skin cancers, which the UV rays from sun has been associated with.
They also need to see their optometrists/opthalmologists regularly especially as children because most suffer from bad eyesight, squints, or even photophobia, so some nice Prada sunshades is not out of place for added swags.
