[li]Send your entry via SMS on your GSM to 35400 (short code dial)[/li]
[li]Each SMS message sent will cost 100 naira. This will be deducted from the credit available on the player's GSM phone.[/li]
[li]You can play as many times as you like to increase your chances of winning[/li]
[li]All weekly entries must be recieved by the system latest 9.00pm on Saturday[/li]
[li]Winning numbers will be selected through the MLotto pick machine, which will be shown live on NTA, every Saturday at 10.00pm[/li]
[li](Auto-pick; not required or recommended) Type PICK and send to 35400. You will receive six computer generated numbers between 1 and 49 as your entry.[/li][/list]

Which licence are they operating with, Lagos state or Federal Govt? Lotto Nigeria, remember (" Levels go Change" ) was not allowed to operate in Lagos state because they are operating with a Federal Govt License, case is still in court.

I think it is gambling with 'style', it is synonymous with playing pool, but if you are going to try it out, you should have self control, so you don't get addicted.
