It's very possible for a bright student to have good ssce result and low jamb score. Remember this year's jamb was nonsense

Good day everyone ,my name is kelvin ,a medicine student of Ambrose alli university college of medicine ekpoma, let me start by congratulating u on ur success in the just concluded jamb.this info am about to share here is SPECIFICALLY for aspiring medical students, when I say medical student I mean ,medicine, medlab, anatomy ,physiology, nursing, dentistry,physiotherapy, and so on.

There is a new watsapp group that I have created ,with the aim of bringing ALL medical student together irrespective of the INSTITUTION u choose in ur jamb.....i will be telling u things to expect in medical school,and all of my experience so far. ever wondered hw innovative it will be for us to share ideas from different school Yea I thought so too.

It's highly competitive. 1,913 applied last year. You have lesser chances.

Although 2,698 applied last year, your waec grades are good. If at all you don't make merit list, you'll definitely make supplementary list based on Catchment area.

my neighbor scored 195 and Cs in his neco.
He applied for LAND SURVEY AND GEO INFORMATICS.

how many candidates applied for dat department last yr?
what are his chances of getting admission to dat department?
should he apply for change of course ?

205 applied last year but I have no idea on how many were admitted. Although Cs throughout doesn't strengthen his jamb score that much, I believe he has a chance here cause it's less competitive. If he's from the catchment or ELPs area, he should be admitted but via Supplementary list.

I couldn't find it during JAMB reg so I just had to go with electrical engineering.
Who knows if they have it or not.

Don't mislead the guy na. UI will not accept less than 200 as a UME score

Unn no longer combine both...They are now separate departments.

Like I said nothing "electronics" in the dropdown list of courses for UNN during my JAMB reg. Just had to go with electrical.
Perhaps it will show up later after the admissions but I don't know that.
