This is nonsense... How does MKO merit a public holiday?
In that case let Nnamdi Azikiwe's birthday and Odimegwu Ojukwu's birthday be national public holidays
How e take concern you. Do they ask you to sit at home?, This is happening in west. And all the southwest states have declared Monday as public holiday. If you like, declare a whole year as public holiday for ojukwu n azikwe, who cares. By the way, who is ojukwu?.

The Ogun people I know will never honor public holiday for such reason.

Even with all the cane Abiola received at Kuje, the Ogun people I know will go about their routine skull mining business on that day. cheesy

Wait, nobody is even talking about Oba of Ife again. If this one die now, they'll also do public holiday for him on June 13 grin
Like someone said, that you ppl seem to inhale Carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen. That is why no one is surprised about your comment. It does not tally with what earthly ppl are saying.

Let's see if the AFONJAS will stay at home on that day.
We aren't sitting at home but we are not going to work. That is a simple English for you if that one up there is difficult for you to understand. This is not sit at home nonsense.

Pls what is the difference of this public holiday and the sit at home Nnadi kalu did
Good question. The difference is, we are not going to work but you can go to anywhere, you can open your shop and travel to any were you like and go about your businesses. Sit at home is a forceful wish, that didn't allow ppl to open their shops and go about their businesses. Hope that has answered your question.

If Igbos decide to declare a work free day to remember Ojukwu, I hope the Yorubas will not turn it into another media war like the sit at home on May 30th.
People should be allowed to mourn or celebrate important dates to them.

Moreover, I would like to see Kwara State declare a work free day for June 12 but unfortunately it is a Yoruba State in the hands of Fulani rulers who will not allow that to happen and the Yorubas lack the LIVER to even request such from the masters in Ilorin Emirate.

cry no more baby. just start packing your luggage from north before the hausas show u part 2

worry about your people presently and be concern of Oct 1st than June 12

Yoruba right from time are independent thinking being. we don't believe in one way traffick as you illiterate do think.

look at fayose despite being a Yoruba yet he's still countering fayemi the same ekiti man, this alone shud help you myopic view that, we will never support people on favouritism and nepotism

this is why chukwudi is allowed to contest in lagos regardless of his tribe, which of the southeast can allow that

we are divisible in thinking. why shud allow my brother to manage my company when I know quite alright that he don't have the credibility and the management criteria?
that's the believe of any Yoruba man

when Yoruba have u as a friend, there is no how a Yoruba man can cheat u and he will let him go despite they are from the same region

these people u clown keep hating is the most matured region in Nigeria even me am still wondering how a region can be so opened. I served in Igbo land and I can say this without exaggeration is the worse place to serve. they are stingy, inhumane, uncultured and unfriendly. those serving their presently can affirmed my fact

you yourself know igboland is not safe. that's why u have majority of your people outside the region.

you can easily count Yoruba in Igbo land even in hausa land but samething is not the same in your land. ask any ex Corper in Yoruba land if he or she didn't enjoy his/her service. we non indigene and some of the indigene were lamenting. some friend was even begging if they could leave the land to start a new life

you clown are only important on internet, no sane Igbo businessman would want to put all his capital in a land that's not friendly

I will rather let my relative serve in Benue than anywhere in east
