If na Nigerian military school this man, a northerner, graduated from with first class, certain people in the southern Nigeria will call it an award given due to quota system.

Congrats to him for this individual feat, even though he is coming from a Quota System Army which recruits candidates based on sentiments, I must commend him for excelling in America.
Perhaps if it has been in Nigeria War College his performance and grade will be judged based on the region he hails from.
