can't a lawyer cross examine her personal mechanic,
can't a lawyer investigate her regular car checkups.

There is nothing easy when you have someone killed by ur action, premeditated or not
it will regarded as manslaughter and maybe not murder, but in the end its still a crime.

presently she will be charged for manslaughter if a lawyer decides to take up the case, all I am saying is, the case can be treated as a case of murder if the lawyer decides to dig very deep like citing poor maintenance on her part to the judge.
