The perennial flood problem encountered in Akwa Ibom State especially in Uyo capital city is going to be solved at last thanks to N32billion financing gesture from the World Bank to the state. But rather than developing their own erosion ravaged biamuds, some reprobates are busy thumping some hairy chests in Lagos claiming ownership of 98% properties in Lagos and Abuja.
