I stopped eating food bought from the 'bukka's around where i work after eating pink, and seeing a colleague eating purple (no kidding) jollof rice a couple of times. Just some minutes back, my colleague sent for a meal from one of those 'bukka's and found this in his kpomo. . Looks like paint tho. Let's all be careful about what we eat outside.

Fine kpomo That's the result of the cow skin being singed with fire. Usually they use old tires to burn off the skin more quickly, it is that process that has resulted in that discoloration. You're seeing it because it was not properly washed using strong sponge. Just use knife comot am joooor |

Burning off the hair of goats, cows and co with tires is toxic in itself. Not washing it properly makes it even worse. God help us. We didn't remove anything oh. The guy no gree chop am . bigtt76: |
