How to identify KEYWORDS on the job ad or job description to match your CV and land an interview. We have often heard "make sure the keywords on your CV matches that of the job description", but how to you do that or even identify them?
Below are ways to identify keywords:

1)Use word cloud generators:like wordel, ABCya!worditout
,writewords etc.All you need to
do is copy/paste the job
description into the text box and hit GO.It will pick up the
keywords and you can now adjust your CV to match.

2) Use Resume Keyword Tools
like Jobscan, resunate: These tools will help you compare your resume against the actual job description, and make suggestions about which relevant, contextual
keywords your resume is missing and score how well it matches the job description.

3) Look and scrutinize the job ad
to identify words that appear
early in the job description; the
first keywords mentioned are
likely the most important. If an
ad mentions a keyword for which you don’t have the associated experience/expertise, use the
keyword at the top of your
resume to indicate that you want to be using that experience in your next job.Or if you have, load them into your resume, test your resume by comparing it to ads you want to target. If your resume doesn’t include more than 50 percent of the keywords in an ad, don’t expect an interview.

4)Compare several job description for a particular job with different companies. Typically, a single job description can be enough to use for keywords, but to increase your chances of making it past the ATS system; you’ll want to include multiple keywords in your resume.Compare each job description carefully to find common keywords and to pull out the keywords that are most
relevant to each position.
