What could happen at anytime is the rapture where the saints will be taken from the earth and thereafter the great tribulation will take place. A time of pains such as never occurred to man. After the tribulation, there shall be a thousand years reign of Christ. After that destruction of the earth and then new earth and new heaven will be made.
