I am also meeting with some people today who want to buy some of my things, I hope I get a good deal.

How many people can survive on £11,500 a year in UK, comfortably? That's poverty, I don't think the OP's aim is to be poor. So if he wants to be a middle class earner, he will be taxed 40%

Rent or Mortgage - £500 - £900 per month
Transport - £300 per month
Feeding - £250 per month
Mobile Phone - £30 per month
Electricity, Gas & Water - £200 per month

So you see, £11,500 per annum is living on the breadline aka povertyline aka foodbanks........

My cost of feeding encompasses all aspects.... Kids school meals, meals at work, takeaways, socialising etc etc etc

The government does not pay all your rent, they might contribute towards........
Remember the changes Conservatives made to social benefits, stated you must not be earning more money unemployed, than someone in a full-time time job...
