I just made a reservation on Arik air and paid using the last money on my Master card atm card using the GTPay option.

No confirmation text message From Arik, no E-mail confirmation, no confirmation message even online suggestive that my reservation was successful from Arik.

I was debited and only received a transaction reference code from my bankers in a text message.

I called all the customer service phone number on Arik Air website and some rang with no response, the rest were switched off!! NEVER SEEN SUCH TYPE OF 24 HOURS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have heard several times that Arik Air is a complete mess but i decided to give them a try, because of their flight time as i need to catch up on a very important appointment tomorrow morning.

I will be going to the airport first thing in the morning and will share with the house the outcome; If I eventually get a seat on the Flight or Is it Really a Complete Mess.

People still dey use that molue?

Use Azman Air.. I have flown that route severally using Azman without any delay or issues ever.

Azman has a 5.30pm flight while Medview has a 4pm flight, of which i have to get to Kaduna in the earliest possible time, hence why i settled for medview of 4pm. Have you any issue with medview in time past?

I've got fond memories of Arik Airlines. They were top notch and efficient - way back in 2012.

One time the flight was cancelled... otherwise it's ok too.. I just prefer Azman isall when it comes to reliability on that route.

Ok, i get your point, shame that their flight is for 5:30pm. But this medview that i have been tracking for like a week now, the time was rescheduled frm 4pm to 3pm departure time, plz is this a good or bad omen?
