There is no cooker there. What u are calling cooker is what is referred as Turn Table those days. It is a music player that uses a plate as wide rim cover for small cars.

These things that are still in many homes in Nigeria.

Charcoal iron and that sewing machine are normal resources of the Nigerian tailor. Even those who are fashion designers have them in the backroom out of sight.

That tv is still in many peoples homes.

If you still use that tape player in this time chai. The change should begin with you.

Museum of all places. We are a 5th world country.
Which sewing machine is kept out of sight?
Any tailor that doesn't have that machine in full glare isn't to be trusted.

That machine and coal iron is a life saver I tell u grin
Some weeks ago wen I was to make a dress 4 a client, unfortunately our light had fault and we were believing it will soon be rectified bt it wasn't to be so nd I was running out of time that I had to rush to a neighbor's room (something I rarely do) to use her own 'old skool' machine (lol).
I went on d to another elderly tailor on d street to borrow coal iron that I used for the stoning bt that iron show me no be small...

That was how those old skool tools came to my rescue ooo, if not for them wetin I 4 do
