a message will just appear on my home screen telling me that "ui not responding",but e go first hang like 2-3 minutes, it will either tell me to wait for it to respond or kill it(no too sure I remember the exact word).

I upgraded my note 3 nd d phone is misbehaving......it will freeze, restart by itself, sumtyms it switch off nd refuse 2 turn on. plz is it possible to return it to the previous version? or d problem is not because of d upgrade.........? sumbody abeg answer me before dis phone kill me

My phone will stop downloading once d screen off/sleep. Hw do i solve it? Ur assistance Will b appreciated........

It's a fault is data background restrictions, Goto data settings, background restrictions check download app activate it

For the past two weeks my battery has been giving me issues, once it drops to 20% it begins counting down literally ie..

you would see it drop to 19,18,17,16 to zero all in a few seconds then the fone goes off....

how can I fix this as the battery is non removable
