Because this is presently happening to my friend(guy)for the past five months now, the girl always showing signals to him. In fact, the girl does it openly now(at times we mock the guy o, that see babe wey dey show you love and you dey dull yourself. Lol).

There was a day the babe even hugged, pecked him and said you are a good guy in our presence but the guy dey behave like mumu and dulls himself too much. The girl can not do without calling the guy's name like mad.

As long she conveys the message in a decent and sensible manner without the vulgarity of inappropriate touches, pictures and words... She can pass along the I am interested in you message by suggesting they hang out, but the mature woman should be able to accept rejection without it causing insecurities and drama. What makes only the man have the right to be the instigator?

A woman should be able to express her romantic interest in a man without her being seen as cheap. And her stated interest shouldn't be taken as sexual consent....

2. If a man is not interested in her, according her the same respects he expects dictates he should inform her in a matured manner of his lack of interest and not trivialize her feelings, make her a laughingstock, or lead her on and make it into a kind of game..

From a single old man to a young bright man with a great future, when you plan to date, you should have reasons or motives, ask your friend if he's mature and willing to date for the right reasons, if yes, a female that likes you based on your personality and not your financial strength is someone you should keep.

Ladies are not always open about how they feel but when they do it's either they are in love or they see something e.g. things like money, intelligence which she may use to her own advantage if they are both in school etc... since you say the guy is not yet rich I want to assume she's in love with her.
