Peace initiative succeeded to persuade notorious kingpins in Ogba/Egbeme/Ndoni LGA of Rivers state. Major breakthrough was when well known cultists and kidnappers led by Don Wanny came to embrace the amnesty program set by His excellency Gov Nyesom Wike
