The Lord is good. Finally I'm in Dubai. Lemme start from my encounter at Abuja airport. Passed through NDLEA first, secondly went for checking in of luggage, the airline guy wan change am for me cos my luggage dey overweight, but after much much I figured a way out. Next was immigration, I just fold 1K put for my passport give am with my departure card, those niggers just stamp me out no questions about BTA or Yellow card. The only discomfort about my flight was that it was delayed for 3 hours, it made me miss my connecting flight in Cairo and I had to wait for another five hours in Egypt before taking off for Dubai. I'm in Dubai now.... Thanks be to God. Abeg anybody with job offer should contact me oh. I no come here come look fine towers oh. I dey loyal.

He told me recently that his boss had agreed to help me... but i was only asked to scan n send d data page of my passport to him n nothing more... so i want to know if only d data page of my passport suffices to initiate visa processing.... cos i read something lk photopassport on white background..

They are the ones processing it, so why asking here? Send the data page of your passport they require, if they said that's the only document they need. it's simple.

Data page of your passport is enough fot the Employment visa. Sometimes the company in UAE may require you to to Nigeria Criminal check/Police report. Try and confirm the Employment visa when out before you travel.

Abeg apart from indeed, which other site is good for recruitment. The worst is that I don't even know where and where to start going to look for employment. My only hope is online job search.

oh you're still depending on people? I will advice you to mingle with other job seekers & they will carry you along. Use dubizzle, LinkedIn.

If you're in Dubai, u can use metro to access locations where you can drop your CVs

DIFC, business bay, Dubai mall, marina, MOE, etc

wetin carry u go baniyas square? Hmmm. Just be careful, know the kind of places u visit (before u go see yourself for station, I no follow.... U go don chop small beating) & also guard ur passport.

Reed.com is also a good site. I believe to get a job in UAE,you need to print copies of your CV & keep walking in to companies because we have more applicants or job seekers in UAE & getting jobs on Recruitment sites is hard. My brother & friend are also in UAE & both are complaining of getting jobs or Employment visa.
