is based on jamb, they are just doing putme because it is mandatory, they dont use it as criteria for admission at all, if u want to secure admission into unilorin, (1)u must attain high score in jamb and (2) if u do predegree, there is better chance for u securing admission there. i have a friend, he was admitted last year, he had 220 in jamb, 40% in putme, but because he apply for predegree he was admitted.

Tips for Unilorin post Utme; try and look for the General Studies Textbook being used by the 100l students in Unilorin. Read chapter 8 and 9 very well. Way to success.
