Council of Legal Education and Body of Benchers are smart organization, they both make u sign declaration under oath even before being accepted by them to be bound by their rules and regulations which includes dress code. Once you have signed that, go to the Jupiter and come back, you cannot complain. I think the campaign now should be on how to plead with these organizations to change their rules, not about the legality or otherwise of her not being called. It is a done deal, it is not a fundamental rights matter. She violated her fundamental rights when she chose to go to law school where dress code is even thought as a course. Am sure she even passed the exam.

This finally vindicates the NBA and all parties concerned.
